Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Front of House / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to deliver an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
Work Schedule
Shifts typically run from: Sunday - Thursday 4:00pm to 9:00pm / Friday - Saturday 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately (in person and by phone)
- Process payments and manage POS transactions
- Assist with light food preparation (Food Safe Level 1 recommended)
- Serve alcohol responsibly (Serving It Right certification required)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front of House environment
- Provide attentive customer service with solid communication skills
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older (required for alcohol service)
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Must have Serving It Right certification
