Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo. As a key player in our kitchen, you will craft authentic, delicious pizzas with precision and creativity. Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate pizza ovens efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring optimal texture and flavor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food handling areas and equipment
- Monitor food safety practices at all times, adhering to health regulations and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food service by taking orders, serving pizzas, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients, notifying management of shortages or expired items




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders in a busy environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude toward guests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen experience involving food safety practices is highly desirable
- Passion for culinary arts and creating high-quality dishes that excite customers
