Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure functions efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Perform construction tasks such as carpentry and assembly related to plumbing installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems, schematics interpretation,



or structural modifications.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards while maintaining a clean work environment.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Proficiency in carpentry, construction techniques, and assembly processes.
- Experience with HVAC systems and understanding of related schematics.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting machinery safely.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics for precise installations.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment as needed.
