Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across the resort. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our facilities, supporting our commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances throughout the resort’s buildings and outdoor areas
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing projects
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with carpentry, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and construction teams to coordinate work efforts




- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling materials or equipment during installation or repairs
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for compliance and future reference

Experience

- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within commercial or large-scale settings
- Robust mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems combined with construction experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and schematics reading
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during installations or repairs
- Experience with HVAC systems or carpentry is a plus but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation needs
