We are looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook/Line Cook to become an essential part of our culinary team. Duties

- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards.
- Cook menu items on the line, ensuring each dish is prepared accurately and promptly for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the team during busy hours by helping with plating and ensuring timely meal delivery.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.




- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and basic cooking techniques.
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food presentation in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of serving standards and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs.
