The YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg is seeking a Child Care Supervisor for our Preschool Program at St. James PSCC in Winnipeg.
You will supervise and support a staff team, manage day-to-day operations, and develop developmentally appropriate preschool activities. The ideal candidate holds Manitoba ECE Level 2 or 3, has supervisory experience with young children, robust communication skills, and is able to document programs and ensure ELCC standards are met.
