As a Procurement Manager, you will oversee the procurement lifecycle, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely material acquisition to support project execution. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams and vendors, driving cost savings and operational efficiency in alignment with Hall’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead procurement cycle including contracts and POs • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors • Approve subcontract agreements to meet company standards • Negotiate pricing agreements and discounts • Conduct audits to evaluate vendor performance

Requirements: • 5–7 years of procurement experience in the construction sector • 2+ years in a management capacity • Post-secondary degree in Business or related field • Experience with ERP systems, especially Acumatica • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
