Role Description The Product Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Abbotsford Nissan in Abbotsford, BC. In this role, you will greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and present suitable vehicle options while clearly explaining features, advantages, and pricing. You will conduct test drives, support customers through the purchase process, and coordinate with management.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, following up with leads and existing customers, preparing accurate documentation, and contributing to a positive showroom environment. You will work closely with the management to ensure a consistent, customer-centered experience.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and support successful vehicle purchases.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain product information and pricing options.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer requirements, compare product options, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess basic Product Management skills related to maintaining product knowledge, staying current on model features, and understanding inventory.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM or dealership software is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
