- The Senior Specialist, Product Development role is a key contributor within the Disputes portfolio, supporting the development of innovative solutions that address pain points across the dispute lifecycle

- Support the generation and analysis of recent concepts and solutions for the Disputes portfolio, interfacing with internal product teams, customers, and technology teams

- Contribute to the development of concepts into commercial products from concept through pilot, incubation, and commercialization—partnering with Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design teams

- Assist in developing and maintaining roadmaps, product feature plans, and business cases throughout the product development process

- Build working relationships across Global Products, Technology, and regional teams to help deliver new dispute solutions

- Help build a strong pipeline of disputes-focused initiatives, leveraging internal and external relationships across the payments ecosystem

- Use a data-driven approach to help assess market opportunities and support the development of business cases, incorporating accurate representations of future revenues, expense bases, and impact metrics (e.g., dispute deflection, resolution efficiency, customer adoption)- Strong communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across internal teams and with customers

- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to work directly with data—comfortable analyzing datasets, interpreting system and transaction flows, and partnering with engineering teams

- Knowledge of first-party fraud and associated industry challenges is a plus
- A strong interest in the payments industry, dispute lifecycle dynamics, and/or B2B2C ecosystems

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across global, multi-cultural, and remote teams

- Experience contributing to the development of new products, ideally within payments, disputes, fraud, risk, or identity solutions; domain exposure to e-commerce, identity verification, or authentication is preferred

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Working understanding of the product development lifecycle, with experience generating, structuring, and helping advance innovative ideas that support business targets

- Experience translating business requirements (internal and external) into product requirements
