Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management within a data & AI-driven environment . The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between product vision, customer needs, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and own product vision aligned with organizational strategy
- Translate business objectives into product strategy and execution plans
- Identify product gaps and drive innovation to improve market share and customer experience.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
- Gather, prioritize, and validate product and customer requirements
- Develop product positioning and pricing strategies
- Evaluate and refine promotional plans aligned with product strategy

Roadmap & Execution

- Own and execute the product roadmap
- Scope and prioritize features based on business impact
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as liaison between clients, stakeholders, and development teams
- Build robust relationships and secure buy-in for product vision
- Provide insights, reporting,



and product updates to stakeholders

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

- Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Support rapid time-to-market with optimal resource utilization

Product Launch & Evangelism

- Drive product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as product evangelist to promote awareness and adoption
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve product offerings.

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in Data & AI domain
- Strong experience in Agile and traditional project management
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience translating business strategy into product requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience owning and delivering product roadmaps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace

Preferred

- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and enterprise clients
