Production Helper

Job Summary

Bows & Arrows Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Production Helper to assist with the hands-on production of cosmetic, body-care, and natural products. The successful candidate will follow established recipes and production procedures to prepare product batches while maintaining proper cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

- Measure ingredients according to established recipes and batch quantities.
- Mix, blend, melt, and heat ingredients during product production.
- Prepare oils, butters, waxes, herbs, plant materials, and other ingredients for use in product batches.
- Produce batches according to established recipes and preparation methods.
- Monitor mixtures during heating, cooling, blending, and other stages of production.
- Follow specified measurements, temperatures, mixing times, and preparation procedures.
- Use appropriate utensils and equipment during the production process.
- Dispense prepared mixtures into containers as part of the production process.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils,



mixing containers, and preparation surfaces before and after production.
- Follow established sanitation, ingredient-handling, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report any issues with product batches, ingredients, or production equipment to the supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Previous production or manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience in cosmetic, personal-care, natural-product, or similar production is an asset.
- Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and production instructions.
- Solid attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to follow cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production tasks.
- Reliable and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $16.95-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
