Who we are

Kanwal Canada manufactures heavy-duty mud flaps for the trucking industry from our plant in Magog. Our products are made from recycled rubber reinforced with fiber cords, as well as extruded plastic, and are custom-branded for customers across Canada and the United States. Our production team is small, steady and close-knit, and we train our people in-house.

The role

On the production floor, you'll help build, finish and prepare orders for shipping:

- Operate and feed production equipment
- Cut, punch and finish mud flaps
- Apply raised and silkscreened logos and insert plates
- Carry out in-process visual quality checks
- Pack and palletize orders for shipment
- Keep your work area clean and safe

What we're looking for

- Able to do physical work on your feet and repeatedly lift roughly 20 lbs
- Attention to detail and care in following specifications
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- No experience required — full on-the-job training provided

Assets (not required)

- Factory,



manufacturing or production experience
- Experience with hand or power tools
- Forklift certification — or an interest in being trained
