Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end program delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

- Track scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and delivery plans.

- Prepare program status reports, dashboards, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.

- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, governance reviews, and escalation discussions.

- Coordinate with Product, Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.

- Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on program needs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Strong Program / Project Management experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience managing complex enterprise programs.

- Solid knowledge of RAID, governance, budgeting, planning, and reporting.

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

- Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or regulatory experience preferred.

- PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification is an asset.
