Under the guidance of the Associate Registrar, you will assist in developing and implementing systems to improve student interactions. Key tasks include analyzing current processes, facilitating design meetings, and preparing statistical reports. Collaborate with IT experts to ensure technical requirements align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate design meetings for recent systems implementation • Evaluate existing processes and recommend system changes • Create project timelines, critical paths, and milestones • Prepare analytical reports from complex data sets • Partner with IT on translating requirements into technical specs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related • Four years in systems support and project management • Proficient with SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of Slate and ROSI systems
