Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and managing project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline procurement, delivery, and installation processes.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to support budget tracking and cost control efforts.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.




- Facilitate communication across all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep everyone aligned on project goals.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction or engineering with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or Civil 3D is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating are essential.
- Prior experience coordinating multiple teams or projects simultaneously demonstrates excellent time management abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage documentation accurately while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
