We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to provide executive-level leadership across our heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large‑scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving overall performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple projects or major programs

Establish and drive project execution strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead senior project teams and mentor Project Managers and field leaders

Oversee project performance, including financial results, schedule, and quality

Ensure effective risk management, governance, and compliance processes

Interface with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders

Support business development, bid strategy, and contract negotiations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery teams

Ensure strong safety culture and adherence to corporate standards

Review and approve major project decisions, budgets, and execution plans

Forecast portfolio performance and provide regular executive reporting





Qualifications

15+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or infrastructure delivery

Engineering degree or equivalent experience required

Extensive experience managing large, complex construction programs

Proven leadership experience at a senior or executive level

Strong financial acumen and experience with project controls and forecasting

Deep understanding of construction execution strategies and contract models

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Primavera (P6), project controls systems, and reporting tools
