We build decks, pergolas and patio covers for clients across the lower mainland. We create amazing outdoor living spaces for our clients

We complete around 1200 individual projects per year for 400–500 new customers per year. There is a lot of variety in what we do!

About the Role

We're looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our Patio Cover and Pergola departments. This role is focused on the front end of the project lifecycle — taking a signed contract and turning it into a fully planned, production-ready job before it ever reaches the crew. You'll be the critical link between sales, design, and production, making sure every project starts on solid ground.

What You'll Do

Manage the pre-construction process for patio cover and pergola projects from contract signing through to production handoff

Review contracts, drawings, and scope to confirm accuracy and catch issues early

Work with designers and engineers to finalize project specifications and structural details

Schedule site measurements and pre-construction site visits

Order materials and coordinate with our in-house workshop to ensure kits are ready for installation

Liaise with homeowners to confirm details, set expectations, and keep them informed throughout the project

Identify and resolve potential conflicts (site conditions, HOA/strata requirements, structural constraints) before they become production delays

Maintain accurate project files and status updates in our project management systems





Hand off fully prepared project packages to the production/installation team

Ensure that all accounts are settled and project has been fully completed to satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction project management, ideally in decks, outdoor living, or residential construction

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications

Medium to high comfort level using computers and software (project management systems, email, basic office software)

Excellent communication skills — you'll be coordinating across sales, design, workshop, and homeowners A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — you catch problems before they cost time or money

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits across the Lower Mainland
