Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and closing projects while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and real-time updates on project status.
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.




- Manage project schedules by leveraging time management skills and construction estimating expertise to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections using Civil 3D and schematics to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.

Experience

- Proven experience managing construction projects with a strong background in civil or heavy civil infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Strong understanding of project management principles within the construction industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects is highly desirable.
