Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist role at BusyQA is a remote contract position focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of AI and software solutions delivered to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, reviewing requirements and technical specifications, documenting defects, and collaborating with development and AI operations teams to drive issue resolution. The specialist will contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, support audits and compliance activities as required, and help maintain quality standards across multiple projects.

This role also involves preparing clear test documentation and reports,



participating in cross-functional meetings, and proactively identifying risks and areas for process optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to design, execute, and improve testing processes.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Management to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where applicable, especially for regulated or high-compliance environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal and external audits and support compliance with established standards.
- Relevant experience in software or AI product testing, including test case development, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks, and the ability to work with cross-functional technical teams in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Post-secondary education in a technical, scientific, or quality-related field, or equivalent practical experience in quality-focused roles.
