Our Mississauga-based company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day movement, tracking, and organization of materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining organized systems and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets from trailers using a pump truck safely and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders
- Complete all required Shipping & Receiving documentation accurately, including Commercial Invoices
- Enter and update correct inventory quantities in the master inventory system/forms
- Distribute materials, products, and supplies to team members based on approved work orders
- Review, count, and maintain accurate records of finished goods and sub-components
- Assist with regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and effective receiving and storage area
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate department
- Label, store, and track inventory in designated locations
- Support shipping activities as needed, including preparing shipments and packaging
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
