Temprite Climate Solutions has been serving Vancouver Island for over 13 years. We handle HVAC installs and repairs, indoor air quality, and electrical work for residential and commercial customers. The Opportunity

We're looking for a Red Seal sheet metal technician who wants more than just a job. This is a hands-on residential install role — you'll be in the field, building and installing ductwork on new systems and retrofits. At Temprite, you get 3-day weekends every week, a employer-paid RRSP contribution, and a health spending account worth $2,000–$2,900 a year. What You'll Do

- Install ductwork, fittings, and venting on residential HVAC systems
- Lay out and fabricate as needed to make the install clean and right
- Work alongside our HVAC techs on heat pump, furnace, and HRV installations
- Take pride in tight, well-supported, well-sealed duct work that passes inspection the first time
- Represent Temprite with professionalism and care in customers' homes

What We're Looking For
- Red Seal or BC Trades Qualification (TQ) in Sheet Metal




- Solid hands-on experience with residential ductwork and install work
- Someone who takes pride in clean, quality work
- Good communicator — with the team and with customers
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
