Harmony Hill Wellness is looking for an RMT to join our growing clinic near Metrotown.
This is an independent contractor position with a 70/30 split — 70% to the RMT. There is no room rental or monthly clinic fee.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional, patient-focused massage therapy treatments
- Complete charting and required clinical documentation
- Maintain appropriate treatment plans
- Build strong patient relationships and encourage appropriate rebooking
- Manage your schedule responsibly and maintain reliable availability
- Help grow and retain your own caseload
- Participate in reasonable clinic marketing, referral and community outreach efforts
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners when appropriate
What we're looking for
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CCHPBC
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Existing client base, or a demonstrated ability to build one
- Strong patient communication and client-retention skills
- Comfortable discussing follow-up care and appropriate rebooking
- Good marketing and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working as an independent contractor
- Reliable, qualified and organized
