Larch House Physio & Movement is a new boutique physiotherapy, rehabilitation and movement clinic in Stittsville. We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

We are building a clinic focused on high-quality care, movement, rehabilitation and long-term health — not a high-volume treatment environment. Our team includes physiotherapists and rehabilitation/movement professionals, supported by a fully equipped rehabilitation gym and Pilates studio.

The Role

We are open to part-time or full-time RMTs, including experienced practitioners and newer RMTs looking to build their practice.

For part-time practitioners, we would ideally establish consistent weekly availability. A combination such as one weekday and one weekend day would be particularly helpful, although scheduling is flexible.

We are also happy to discuss a gradual start if you currently practise at another clinic.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Eligible to provide receipts for extended health insurance
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centred care
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Additional experience or interests are welcome, including therapeutic/deep tissue massage, sports massage, injury recovery, prenatal/postpartum massage, cupping, and other complementary techniques within the RMT scope of practice.

Compensation

We offer competitive percentage-based compensation, with flexibility based on experience, availability and working arrangement.

We are open to discussing different compensation structures, including commission-based arrangements or an employee arrangement with a guaranteed base plus performance-based compensation.

Our goal is to provide stability while also rewarding practitioners as their caseload grows.
