Qualifications: Current registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Nurses and completion of a recognized I.V. therapy program and basic cardiac life support are required.



Successful completion of Western Zone's Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital 13-week operating room education program or equivalent and the Recovery Room Critical Care Education program or equivalent is also required. Applicants indicating equivalent education or experience may be required to successfully complete the operating room and PACU challenge exams.

If no qualified applicant is found, consideration will be given to applicants willing to complete the next training programs.
