The current clinical rate is $160 per hour/session, resulting in:
Clinician: $112 per $160 session (70%)
Clinic: $48 per $160 session (30%)
As an independent contractor, the successful candidate is responsible for their own income tax remittances, professional expenses and other obligations associated with self-employment.

You maintain high standards of documentation and ethical care, and understand the professional responsibilities associated with independent practice.
You are comfortable building and maintaining a caseload and developing professional referral relationships. Candidates who already have an existing caseload and are looking for a professional environment in which to grow their private practice are particularly encouraged to apply.
Independent Contractor Relationship
This prospect is offered on an independent contractor basis and is not an employee position.
The contractor will maintain professional independence and will be responsible for maintaining their own registration, professional liability insurance, tax obligations and other requirements associated with operating as an independent professional.
Specific terms regarding scheduling, administrative support, use of clinic facilities and resources, billing, cancellations, collection of fees, documentation systems, referrals and termination of the contractor relationship will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
How to Apply
Interested applicants are invited to submit a current résumé/CV and brief cover letter outlining their clinical experience, therapeutic areas of interest, current OCSWSSW registration status, and whether they currently maintain an existing clinical caseload.
We thank all applicants for their interest. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
