Salary Range: $36.84 - $50.24 /hour

We are seeking a registered Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) to join our General X-Ray team. The successful candidate will perform a broad range of diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, radiation protection, and a positive patient experience.

The MRT will work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, Medical Imaging professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care.

Essential Qualifications

- Graduate of a recognized Medical Radiation Technology program
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
- Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic radiography principles, positioning, radiation protection and image quality
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
- Capable of performing various technical procedures requiring independent judgment with skill, ingenuity and initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers
- Excellent organizational skills




- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated personal and qualified accountability and initiative to achieve high-quality examinations

Preferred Qualifications

- Two years recent experience as a Registered Technologist
- Registered or eligible for registration with CAMRT
- Proficiency in French would be an asset

Immunization Requirements

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
