Relief Support Worker - Elves Adult Program The Elves Adult Program is a community access day program serving approximately 90 adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking supportive and dependable Relief Support Workers to join our team on a casual/on-call basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support permanent staff in the development and implementation of meaningful, individualized programs and activities.
- Assist program participants with various aspects of daily living, including personal care, as required.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively within a team-based model to ensure high-quality support and services.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma (Grade 12) required.
- A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse needs and work in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centered support.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
