This role includes working flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts, to effectively meet program needs. You will provide essential support and aid for youth facing challenges.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain positive relationships with youth, promoting a supportive setting • Manage the 19-unit program and address issues effectively • Facilitate engaging activities while providing information and counseling • Communicate with community partners in program initiatives • Ensure compliance with program legislation and policies
Requirements: • C.Y.W. or S.S.W. diploma necessary • At least 1 year experience with street-involved youth • Preferred background in residential care environments • Availability for flexible scheduling including overnight hours • Crisis intervention and First Aid training required
