Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee food preparation and food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and quality control
- Supervise food service activities, ensuring timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports
- Provide training on food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience




- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for transaction processing
- Experience in restaurant management with a focus on food safety and kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience with bartending or barista roles is a plus; hotel or hospitality background is advantageous
