Sleep Shop – Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver & Langley
Sleep Shop is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team across our four locations: Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver and Langley.
This is a multi-location, hands-on role. You will be expected to drive between all four stores throughout the week based on sales performance and coaching needs. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
You will also be required to work both Saturday and Sunday, with your assigned store changing weekly depending on where your leadership and support are most needed.
What You'll Do
- Coach, develop and motivate our sales team to improve performance and results
- Spend significant time on the sales floor observing, coaching and supporting sales associates
- Review individual and store performance, including sales, conversion, follow-up and other key metrics
- Hold team members accountable to sales targets and expected behaviours
- Coach the team on customer engagement, needs discovery, objection handling, closing and follow-up
- Use our AI-powered sales coaching tool to help identify opportunities and continuously upskill the team
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance conversations
- Build a positive, competitive and results-focused sales culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing and coaching a sales team
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable using sales data and KPIs to manage performance
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable adopting technology and AI-based coaching tools
- Retail or consultative sales experience preferred
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Able to travel regularly between Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver and Langley
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
Sleep Shop is a family-owned Metro Vancouver business that has been helping customers sleep better since 1979. We're looking for a sales leader who genuinely enjoys developing people while maintaining a robust focus on performance and results. Pay: $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 per week
