We are looking for a Field Supervisor, preferably based in the Bonnyville or Cold Lake area, to support the field implementation and deployment of RML technologies.

The position is preferably part-time. However, as our business continues to grow, there may be opportunities for increased workload over time, including travel outside the local area and international travel. Willingness and ability to travel internationally is an essential requirement for this position.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of workover downhole experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with packers
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with hydraulic equipment
- Power Swivel experience would be considered an asset
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to use a laptop for basic work tasks, including Excel and email
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint would be considered an asset
- First Aid, H2S, and Forklift tickets would be considered an asset
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally is required
- Open to a background check
- Willingness to undergo alcohol and drug testing

Main Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be the field implementation and deployment of RML technologies, including:
- RML Casing Patches
- RML ALII Tool
- Integrated services involving RML Power Swivel technology
- Other innovative equipment and technologies within the scope of RML’s business activities

After completing the required training, the candidate will be expected to independently:
- Perform the installation, deployment, operation, and retrieval of RML equipment
- Prepare equipment for field operations




- Supervise field operations and ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Perform equipment inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and reassembly before and after field jobs
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs when required
- Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Complete basic field documentation and reports
- Work closely with the RML team to ensure safe and efficient field operations
- Travel to support technology deployments across Canada and internationally

What We Are Looking For

Our goal is to train the successful candidate in the field implementation and deployment of RML’s technology portfolio, starting with hands-on training and field work in the Bonnyville–Cold Lake area.

Following successful completion of training, the candidate will be expected to independently implement and deploy RML technologies in the field, including Casing Patches, ALII Tool, Power Swivel services, and other RML technologies.

We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on, mechanically capable, reliable, and adaptable individual who is comfortable working independently in the field and taking responsibility for equipment preparation, maintenance, operation, and deployment.

As our business expands, the successful candidate will be expected to support larger-scale deployments across Canada and internationally.

International travel is an essential part of this position and will be required as our business expands into international markets.
