Position overview

- Lead diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial roofs for Lakeview Roof Service, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer care.

- Handle leak calls, small replacements, and warranty work from first inspection through completion and documentation.

Key responsibilities

- Inspect roofs, identify deficiencies, and recommend repair or replacement options.

- Perform advanced repairs on shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems (SBS/torch‑on, TPO/PVC/EPDM, BUR), including flashings, penetrations, and drainage details.

- Coordinate with homeowners, property managers, and the office to schedule work and explain findings in clear language.

- Lead and mentor service helpers/technicians on site, ensuring proper use of fall protection and safe work practices.

- Complete job paperwork: work orders, photos, material counts, and time sheets for each service call.

Experience and qualifications

- 5+ years’ roofing experience with strong background in all major roof systems and leak troubleshooting.





- Proven ability to run small service crews independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship.

- Good communication skills, self motivated, professional attitude with customers, and reliability in representing Lakeview Roof Service on site.

- Valid driver’s license and comfort working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
