We are looking for a cheerful driver to service the floor mats that we rent to our customers. Our drivers are the face of our company and are relied on to forge positive relationships with our customers. Being a small company, we all fill multiple roles as needed to ensure that our customers are served well.
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle following all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries and load the route into the van accurately
- Communicate with customers in a cheerful and professional manner
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of mats and products
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Operate wash equipment when delivery route completed
- Maintain a clean work environment in shop and vehicles
Experience:
- A "G" license with a clean abstract is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Organizational skills are an asset
The training rate starts at $20.00/hr.
We will ride along and help you until we are confident that you have the skills to represent our company and serve our customers well. Rates are increased based on your performance and capability. We operate on a 4-day work week as often as possible and do not work weekends.
Our business fluctuates seasonally, so during the summer slowdown, hours should be in the 20-30 hours per week range, increasing to 30-44 hours per week during our busy season.
