Travel Trailer Manufacturing & Assembly

Taylor Coach Travel Trailers is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our small manufacturing and assembly team.

You’ll be involved in the construction and assembly of travel trailers, working on a variety of tasks including:

- 12V electrical and 120V electrical
- ABS and PEX plumbing
- Fastening and installing cabinets
- Wall and roof assembly
- Insulation installation
- Aluminum siding installation
- Silicone and other sealant applications
- General trailer assembly and finishing work

Welding Experience — Big Plus Welding experience is an asset. We primarily use stick welding.

Welding is only required for approximately 4–5 hours every 6–7 days, so this is not a full-time welding position.

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working with your hands and using basic tools
- Able to learn and perform a variety of construction and assembly tasks
- Reliable and able to work as part of a small team
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in tight and confined spaces inside an RV/travel trailer
- Flexible and willing to help with different stages of the manufacturing process
- Previous RV, construction, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is an asset





This is a hands-on manufacturing position where every day can involve different tasks. Being flexible and willing to learn is important because you’ll be working across several areas of travel trailer construction.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare work area for activity
- Assemble and prepare tools and materials
- Unload materials
- Comfortable using Saws
- Prepping RV's for Delivery
- Comfortable working at heights at 6'
- Heavy lifting 50lbs.
- Using power tools
- Comfortable working with electrical
- Comfortable with clients in build area
- Work without constant supervision

Skills:

Tools experience

RV experience a plus

Read a tape measure in inches

Hours:

- Monday-Thrusday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (1 hour Lunch)
- Friday 7:30am to 4pm(1 Hour Lunch)

Job Location:

- Millgrove, Ont. On Hwy#6 just outside of waterdown

Pay dependent by skills you have at interview

Licenses or certifications:

- G Class Driver's Licence (Required)
