Village RV is looking for a friendly, and ambitious RV Salesperson to help our customers find the perfect RV for their adventures! If you’re someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for following up with clients, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their wants and needs.
- Ensure proper management of the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients throughout the sales process via telephone, texting or email.
- Continuous development of product knowledge and inventory
- Be a supportive team player, working together to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Actively keeping our inventory display presented in a qualified manner and inspecting recent and used unit arrivals.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork
- Ability to understand and match customers with the perfect RV
- A team player who is willing to pitch in and help whenever needed
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not an asset
Sales staff work Saturdays and have a scheduled day off during the week. We offer a competitive pay structure; benefits program and a payroll savings plan. We are closed all long weekends except for May Long and close for vacation time between Christmas and the new year.
