The O2M PM Program is part of SailPoint’s Professional Services Project Consolidation Initiative. The role focuses on managing smaller, low-touch, high-velocity customer engagements so senior PS Project Managers can focus on strategic, high-touch accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a large volume of concurrent SailPoint customer engagements across Phase 1, Foundation, Staff Augmentation, NERM, and AI modules.
- Create and maintain standardized project plans using predefined templates.
- Track milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs).
- Manage project information, resource assignments, timecard approvals, and status reporting in Certinia.
- Act as the primary operational contact for customer cadence calls.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure projects progress efficiently within fast-paced delivery timelines.
Mandatory Requirements:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
- Solid project planning, governance, tracking, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese for regional support.
