WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a GEM Marketing Sales Agent, you will be the driving force behind raising awareness, delivering impactful messaging, and enhancing brand image within the community on behalf of our esteemed clients. Using your exceptional interpersonal skills and word-of-mouth techniques, you will build relationships, foster trust, and cultivate credibility. By bringing people together around shared attitudes and goals, you will ignite a powerful force for positive change.

IMMEDIATE START

Full-time or part-time, permanent positions available.

SCHEDULE

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Part-time: Three weekdays, 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

Earn approximately $1100–$1400 per week, based on hours worked and performance. Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based bonuses.

OUR MUSTS

●High school diploma or equivalent.





● Fluent in English (written and spoken).

● Ability to work on your feet for extended periods (minimum 5 hours).

● Comfortable engaging with members of the public through face-to-face outreach.

● Willingness to work outdoors as required by the campaign.

● Personal vehicle preferred but not required.

VALUED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

● Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Fundraising, or Marketing background (considered an asset).

● Volunteer experience (considered an asset).

● Exceptional communication skills and ability to build connections.

● Eagerness to learn and confidently communicate new information to prospective donors.

● Meticulous attention to detail and pride in task completion.

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally.

● Thrives in a team setting while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
