Position: Sales Associate & Customer Experience Specialist

Part-Time Part Time Hours Weekly, involves weekends. 15 to 20 hrs weekly. Previous applicants need not apply. Retail experience is a MUST.

This is not a summer only position. We require weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the friendly face and first point of contact for all customers and consignors
- Provide exceptional customer service that makes everyone feel welcome and valued
- Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces while offering styling advice
- Process consignments with attention to detail and care
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in our dynamic, busy environment
- Maintain store presentation and organization standards
- Build relationships with our community of consignors and customers
- Support sales transactions and inventory management

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine love for helping people
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality
- Attention to detail in handling merchandise and processing consignments
- Adaptability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Team player mentality with a commitment to treating everyone like family
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, or community building is a plus
