Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while efficiently managing transactions and maintaining stock levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate products and provide technical sales support when necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the checkout area and sales floor,



adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing payments efficiently.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, with an emphasis on technical product demos being a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
