Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate footwear features highlighting key benefits to customers
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products and visually appealing
- Assist with stock replenishment to support store operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, manage time efficiently, and uphold store standards
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success
- Ability to perform cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math proficiency
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous
