Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach efforts. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships, generate quality leads, and support our sales team in expanding our market presence.
Qualified candidates will have opportunities to advance to sales representative positions when they become available. (After 30 days we will review your performance.)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify prospective clients across various industries.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and update customer information accurately.
- Engage in warm calling and telemarketing activities to nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present our services and negotiate terms with prospects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our technology sales offerings and business development goals.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation an asset, but not necessary.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform outbound calling with enthusiasm and persistence.
