Sales & Project Manager – Construction

Base Salary: $60,000 per year

Compensation: Base salary + commission, with total earning potential of up to $120,000 per year

About the Position

RonOvations is looking for an experienced Sales & Project Manager to join our team in Simcoe County.

This is a client-facing construction role combining sales, project management, contractor coordination, and customer communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing projects and managing them from the initial client conversation through completion.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients and assess their renovation and construction needs

Prepare and present project proposals and estimates

Follow up with leads and close sales

Manage projects from signed contract through completion

Maintain regular and professional communication with clients throughout the project

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members

Communicate project scope, schedules, requirements, and changes to contractors

Schedule and coordinate project work

Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the agreed scope

Address client questions, concerns, and project-related issues

Coordinate change orders and additional work when required

Maintain accurate project documentation and updates

Conduct site visits as required

Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards

Maintain strong client relationships and provide a professional customer experience





Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience

Previous experience in construction sales, project management, estimating, or a similar client-facing role

Solid understanding of residential construction and renovation projects

Strong sales and closing skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, contractors, and subcontractors

Ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites throughout Simcoe County

Compensation

$60,000 annual base salary + commission

Total compensation has the potential to reach up to $120,000 per year, depending on sales performance and commission earned.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply sell a project. The ideal candidate can close the sale, take ownership of the project, communicate effectively with the client and contractors, and manage the job through completion.
