Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support store operations through effective time management,

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with POS systems enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and patience
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales area
