SALES REPRESENTATIVE - KITCHEN CABINETS

Reports to: Sales Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Woodsland Canada Inc. supplies ready-to-assemble (RTA) kitchen cabinets and related wood products across the Greater Toronto Area under its own Arrowstone brand, selling through an authorized dealer network and directly to contractors, builders, designers, and retail customers. The Company is the Canadian operation of a wood manufacturing group, supported by its own manufacturing and supply chain. The Canadian team is small and hands-on.

POSITION SUMMARY The Company's Sales team generates, manages, and closes sales of the Company's products across commercial, dealer, and retail channels in the Greater Toronto Area, covering the full cycle from lead generation through design, quotation, contract, and post-sale support. The Sales Representative works as part of this team; individual focus and approach vary between team members and according to business needs.

Kitchen designs are produced using the Company's design software, with support from the Company's design team. Prior design experience is not required; product, technical, and software training is provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales development and conversion

- Identify and contact prospective B2B customers, including designers, contractors, builders, developers, and renovators, using a range of outreach and lead generation methods such as calls and emails
- Serve showroom visitors and respond to inbound and marketing-generated inquiries
- Assess customer requirements, site conditions,



and budget, and recommend suitable cabinet configurations, finishes, and hardware
- Manage the full sales cycle and the ongoing customer relationship
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and report on activity and conversion

Dealer account management

- Maintain and develop relationships within the Company's authorized dealer network, supporting dealer product knowledge and sales activity
- Process dealer orders and respond to product, pricing, and availability inquiries

Design and technical support

- Record accurate site dimensions, project specifications, and customer requirements
- Prepare kitchen layouts using the Company's design software, working with the Company's design team as required
- Verify that designs are feasible against site dimensions and product capability
- Present completed layouts and drawings to customers and obtain their sign-off

Quotation, documentation, and order processing

- Prepare itemized quotations covering products, applicable taxes, and optional services such as design, delivery, and installation
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, order forms, and deposit invoices
- Maintain accurate, current records of all leads, quotations, and orders in the Company's ERP and CRM system




- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse personnel on fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and customer communication

Post-sale support

- Respond to customer inquiries following delivery and resolve issues such as those relating to product fit, hardware, and finishes
- Advise customers on matters such as cabinet care, finish maintenance, and hardware operation
- Escalate warranty and quality matters in accordance with Company procedure

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Numerical competence sufficient to prepare quotations, verify measurements, and identify errors
- Spatial and dimensional aptitude sufficient to work with kitchen layouts and floor plans
- Confident with technology and willing to adopt current tools
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred

- Experience in kitchen cabinets, millwork, building products, renovation, or interior design
- Prior B2B, outside, or retail sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical product information
- Additional language skills relevant to the Greater Toronto Area construction market
