Blue City is looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to contribute to our construction teams. Working directly under the Site Superintendent, you will engage in multiple carpentry duties, from steel stud framing to roofing. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of construction site processes and be proactive in addressing potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and implement construction plans and layouts
- Operate and care for carpentry tools responsibly
- Identify and communicate safety and quality issues
- Collaborate with various trades to ensure project efficiency
- Follow Blue City's safety program strictly

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Competency with power and hand tools
- Level 2 First Aid certification is an asset
- Must pass a criminal record check
