TCED is a great Quebec-based company with a people-focused approach! We distribute renewable energy products, notably to the Batteries Expert franchise network and Total Battery locations in Ontario. This is a promising industry, and we are growing rapidly!
What you will do:
The Total Battery representative develops the market by prospecting for new customers and responding to customer inquiries while providing information about the company’s products, services, and policies. You will also process orders and follow up on customer files. You will meet regularly with existing customers—virtually whenever possible—and actively build business relationships with prospective customers for Total Battery locations.
At all times, you will be expected to maintain high standards of service quality.
The Total Battery Sales Representative will serve the Ottawa region, including Ottawa, Nepean, Pembroke, and Stittsville.
Profil
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
· Be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. French is an asset;
· Have at least three years of experience in B2B sales and customer service;
· Hold a valid driver's licence;
· Be proficient with Microsoft 365 and computer tools, such as a CRM;
· Knowledge of alternative energy products is an asset;
· Be a team player with an innovative mindset;
· Demonstrate a strong respect for customers and a genuine desire to help and respond effectively to their needs;
· Be able to deliver presentations on products and services to customers;
Informations contractuelles
Working condition The position is based on a 40 hour workweek, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A one-hour unpaid lunch break is provided. Weekly attendance at team meetings is required. Employees may also occasionally be required to attend one-day job-specific training sessions. Travel within North America will be required to attend certain trade shows, as well as travel outside Ontario to meet with customers.
The position requires travel to the company’s headquarters once or twice per year.
You will also be provided with office space at Total Battery Ottawa.
