Duties

- Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality at all times

Qualifications

- Prior food preparation or food service experience preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles is advantageous but not required
