SAP CRM Functional Consultant – Service Management

- Location: Toronto, ON – Downtown
- Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days/week on-site, 1 day remote
- Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
- Initial Contract: 3 months, with solid possibility of extension
- Compensation: $70–$110/hour, depending on experience

About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant to join a long-term SAP consulting engagement with a client based in downtown Toronto.

The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension for a longer-term engagement.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 4 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto. This requirement is mandatory.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client's business and technical teams, as well as offshore resources, and will be involved in SAP CRM implementation and transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 8–10+ years of SAP consulting experience
- Strong experience in SAP CRM 7.0
- SAP CRM Service Management implementation experience is mandatory
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations, including:
- New implementations
- Upgrades
- Enhancements
- Business transformations
- Strong functional expertise in:
- SAP CRM Service Management
- Customer Service
- Sales processes
- CRM business processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM configuration




- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
- Experience leading or participating in client workshops
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with offshore development and technical teams
- Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred
- SAP CRM certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions
- Participate in and/or lead requirements gathering and client workshops
- Configure SAP CRM functionality based on business requirements
- Support full lifecycle SAP CRM implementations
- Work with business stakeholders to define processes and functional requirements
- Collaborate with ABAP developers and offshore technical teams
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-implementation activities
- Provide functional leadership and expertise across CRM initiatives
- Contribute to business transformation and process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP CRM consultant who has worked on significant implementation projects, rather than someone whose experience is primarily limited to AMS/support activities. Experience in SAP CRM Service Management within Financial Services will be highly valued.
