Role: Senior, SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Consultant

Location: Remote

Level of Effort: 40-hours, weekly, varying between on-boarding, Go-Live and Support Stage.

Duration: ASAP until October 2027, plus anticipated extension(s)

Project description: PwC Canada's internal SAP SuccessFactors Practice has a requirement for a senior SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) Consultant, who will be accountable for the SAP SFSF S/4HANA Time Tracking module. The eligible consultant will work as a part of the PwC team, and lead the SFSF S/4HANA EC Time Management Team. They will support the transition from SAP ECC HCM and payroll capabilities for the contemporary SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors solution, including associated data, configuration, integrations, testing, organizational readiness, and deployment activities.

Prefered Certification: SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors (SFSF) Certification(s)

Your primary responsibilities will include

- Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) Employee Central Time Tracking Lead.
- Strong expertise in SAP (SFSF) Time Off.
- Knowledge and implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA (SFSF) Time Management (S/4HANA Time).
- Experience leading Time Management workstream's for large and complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors transformations.
- Ability to support proposal activities, participate in client-facing discussions,



and contribute to solution design and delivery strategy.
- Public sector experience and large workforce transformation experience would be highly desirable.
