Are you an energetic leader who loves creating great experiences, keeping things organized and bringing out the best in a team? We’re looking for Seasonal Studio Managers to lead our Christmas photography studios, during the most magical time of the year! This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can keep the studio running smoothly while creating a positive and magical environment for our guests and team!

We specialize in delivering magical Santa photo experiences for families, and we’re looking for cheerful, customer-focused individuals to lead and support our studio operations.
What You’ll Do
As a Location Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our Santa photo studios. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and festive attitude
- Managing logistics and behind-the-scenes coordination
- Problem-solving, and day-to-day decision-making
- Creating a joyful, safe,
and efficient workplace for guests and team members
- Learning and utilizing our in-house computer systems and processes
- Supporting the setup and flow of the photo experience
